Realization
When carrying out the measures mentioned under 2.5. the consultant acts as a coordinator, moderator, catalyst and provider of methods and systems. In general, the management as well as the staffing of the individual project teams is carried out with coworkers of the company; if desired by the Board of the Company, the consultant assumes the management of the realization measures entirely. Should it prove necessary, the consultant will take control of the implementation of the measures, and all the required powers of authority will be transferred to him, as the single responsible interim manager.
Result: When proceeding this way, the staff will understand and will be convinced of the necessity that measures must be taken for a new orientation.The inclusion of all the employees in the adjustment and alteration process leads to a universal acceptance and the readiness to help fashion the future of the company. Only under such conditions is the long-term success of the intended reorientation of the company guaranteed.
Work on the restructuring process, the post merger integration, the revision process by the new legal successor or the troubleshooting process can only be seen as having been completed once it is clearly visible that the measures taken have lead to the fulfilment of the aims stated in the concept, or that they will definitely be achieved, and that the long-term security of the company has been guaranteed.
