Expenses

The consultation fees are determined and fixed by intensive preliminary discussions with the Board of the Company by outlining the problems to be solved. This is done individually on the basis of time calculations in manpower/days and the fees are charged as an all-inclusive rate which can, in general not be changed or modified at a later date.

In the case of a daily assignment as an interim-manager, the daily rates prevailing will be fixed which will be calculated and invoiced at weekly or monthly intervals.
