Our qualifications

The team working at the interim management company Ernst L. Meyer & Partners carries out its tasks as a team of experts formed for a limited period of time and with extensive knowledge in the solving of particular problems. All the members of the team have academic training as business administrators and/or engineers and can look back on a wealth of experience in management and consulting.

This enables them to develop individual analyses, concepts and measures during the period of consultancy that can be tailored to the individual situation they are confronted with. The focus is on straightforwardness and getting to the heart of the matter instead of beating around the bush.

The team thinks in an entrepreneurial manner. All measures taken on the company's behalf are aimed at a single goal, namely the long-term securing of profit. The first consideration is the yield from the core business (operating profit). Then we look at the surplus of revenue over expenses (cash flow). This is the objective characteristic of entrepreneurial success.
